David Palmer

David attended college at the University of California at San Diego where he participated in crew, was a founding father of the campus chapter of the  Phi Delta Theta fraternity, and was chairman of the judicial council. 

Upon graduation, he was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps. Lieutenant Palmer deferred activity duty to pursue his study of the law at the University of San Diego.   
After graduation in 1986, he served in the Marine Corps, primarily as a judge advocate, wherein he served in roles providing legal assistance, and as a defense counsel or prosecutor concerning criminal prosecution under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Then Captain Palmer also served in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait during operations Desert Shield/Storm/
Since leaving the USMC in 1991, Mr. Palmer has represented clients in a vast breadth of legal matters including Domestic Relations, Criminal, Civil, Medical Malpractice defense and prosecution, transactional matters, business, real property and other areas.
